In 2015, Uwe and Nicole Dreeßen took over SoPrevent AG, the insolvent subsidiary of a global player in the field of occupational medicine and health management, which from then on operated under the name prevent AT work. The mammoth task was to break the downward spiral and turn the company around - towards a sustainable company.
The approach was to retain all employees, but to implement a new strategy that takes into account the problems of the future world of work.
The basis for this is the interweaving of the classic areas of a centre for health management - occupational medicine, safety technology, occupational psychology and health promotion.
Since then, interdisciplinary work has been the magic word that determines our actions. The declared aim is to realise this new direction with the expanded team.
We want our employees to feel comfortable with us: To this end, we support our experts by bringing the concept of health into our own team. In addition to promoting professional and individual development, this includes suitable working models and a good working atmosphere. Our efforts were honoured with the award of the BGF seal of approval in 2019 (see below for more information).

In April 2019, prevent AT work was awarded the BGF seal of approval by the Vienna Regional Health Insurance Fund. The certification is awarded to companies that have successfully anchored workplace health promotion internally.
The BGF network has developed the seal of approval on the basis of scientific findings and has set high standards based on 15 quality criteria. It is intended to serve companies as a figurehead on the subject of health - because according to the BGF network, "healthy" companies stand for strength, perseverance and competent solutions.
