Our aim is to maintain your employees' ability to work by providing high-quality services. The focus is interdisciplinary and holistic: only with the expertise of all specialist disciplines from occupational medicine, psychology and safety technology to ergonomics and sports and nutritional science can we provide customised, needs-based customer support.
We are supported by our network of physiotherapists and psychotherapists, dieticians, molecular biologists, medical assistants, mediation and meditation teachers and mindfulness-based stress reduction teachers.
In this way, we not only fulfil the legal mandate under the German Employee Protection Act, but also take dynamic pleasure in implementing measures to maintain the ability to work and support you with current issues such as diversity and demographics.
In 2015, Uwe and Nicole Dreeßen took over SoPrevent AG, the insolvent subsidiary of a global player in the field of occupational medicine and health management, which from then on operated under the name prevent AT work. The mammoth task was to break the downward spiral and turn the company around - towards a sustainable company.
The approach was to retain all employees, but to implement a new strategy that takes into account the problems of the future world of work.
The basis for this is the interweaving of the classic areas of a centre for health management - occupational medicine, safety technology, occupational psychology and health promotion.
Since then, interdisciplinary work has been the magic word that determines our actions. The declared aim is to realise this new direction with the expanded team.
We want our employees to feel comfortable with us: To this end, we support our experts by bringing the concept of health into our own team. In addition to promoting professional and individual development, this includes suitable working models and a good working atmosphere. Our efforts were honoured with the award of the BGF seal of approval in 2019 (see below for more information).

In March 2019, we introduced a modern form of participation for our team: Our Employee Advisory Board. This is made up of colleagues who discuss strategic topics in collaboration with the management and contribute to the organisational development of prevent AT work.

In April 2019, prevent AT work was awarded the BGF seal of approval by the Vienna Regional Health Insurance Fund. The certification is awarded to companies that have successfully anchored workplace health promotion internally.
The BGF network has developed the seal of approval on the basis of scientific findings and has set high standards based on 15 quality criteria. It is intended to serve companies as a figurehead on the subject of health - because according to the BGF network, "healthy" companies stand for strength, perseverance and competent solutions.
We are particularly proud to have received the BGF seal of approval again in 2022. The mental and physical health of our employees is not only of the utmost importance in times of pandemic; we want to maintain and promote the long-term health of our employees. We not only pass on our mission of "maintaining our customers' ability to work with interdisciplinary services" to our customers, but also live it within the company.
